Bhubaneswar: Odisha government will present the supplementary budget in the State Assembly in mid-November.
Briefing the media after a meeting of the department secretaries presided over by the Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy at Lok Seva Bhawan on Wednesday, Principal Secretary, Finance, Ashok Meena said the secretaries have been told to make a realistic reassessment of their financial requirements for the current fiscal year and submit a list of their requirement within a day. Besides, they were also told to surrender the anticipated savings, if any, for re-allocation.
The chief secretary reviewed the performances of the state departments up to September 2019 at the meeting.
