Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government is all set to resume hearing of Monday public grievances and joint hearing from July 1 on the direction of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
A communication in this regard has been sent by Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), General Administration and Public Grievance, Surendra Kumar, to ACS, Principal Secretaries, and Commissioner-cum-Secretaries of all departments.
The communication has also been sent to all heads of departments, all Collectors and District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police.
It said hearing of Monday public grievances in all departments of government, heads of departments and joint hearing of public grievances held by Collectors and SPs in their respective districts has to be resumed with effect from July 1on the orders of the Chief Minister.
“It is to emphasise that all the grievances received in the hearing must be registered on the Jana Sunani portal for record,” the communication added.
