Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government is making arrangements for sending 90 officials of the Health and Family Welfare department to Singapore on an exposure visit next month.
The Health and Family Welfare department has requested the Commerce and Transport department to take necessary steps for blocking of tickets in the direct flight from Bhubaneswar to Singapore for the exposure visit of the officials.
In a letter to the Principal Secretary of Commerce and Transport department, Health Secretary Shalini Pandit has sought necessary steps for blocking of tickets for departure from Bhubaneswar on September 26 and arrival at Bhubaneswar on September 30.
Earlier, the exposure visit had been proposed to be conducted from October 31 to November 4. The programme was later rescheduled.
