Bhubaneswar: The state government has approved the proposal to set up new dedicated COVID hospitals and additional facility in the existing COVID hospital in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Koraput.
In an official release, the Health and Family Welfare department stated that the government has approved the recommendation of the technical committee to set up new facilities.
As per the recommendation, the dedicated COVID hospitals (DCH) will be established at SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack, Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar, SLN Medical College and Hospital in Koraput, Kanungo Institute of Diabetes Specialities in Bhubaneswar, SUN Hospital in Cuttack and Srusti Hospital in Cuttack.
