Odisha Govt To Sponsor 100 Meritorious Students Preparing For Civil Services

Bhubaneswar: There’s good news for UPSC/Civil Services aspirants. Odisha Government has decided to sponsor 100 meritorious students who are preparing for the exams.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday tweeted: “#Odisha Government to sponsor 100 meritorious students preparing for UPSC/Civil Services to create administrators of tomorrow. Government to bear 75% fees of students selected under the scheme & 100% fees for students with family income upto Rs 2 lakh per annum. @DHE_Odisha.”

Other facilities like classroom coaching for IAS prelims and mains at Bhubaneswar by Dhyeya IAS, daily classes of two-and-a-half hours duration during the morning and evening, and reservations for SC/ST/PWD candidates will also be available to meritorious students.
