Bhubaneswar: A total of 12 senior Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers have been transferred by the state government in a reshuffle. New additional district magistrates (ADM) have been appointed for Kalinganagar and Jagatsinghpur.
Sources said that the transfer of joint secretary in the Higher Education department, Dhirendranath Kar to Nayagarh as ADM has been cancelled.
According to a notification issued by the General Administration department on Friday, senior OAS officer and Jharsuguda ADM Lankeswar Amat has been transferred and posted as the ADM of Kalinganagar.
Similarly, joint commissioner of Cuttack Municipal Corporation (SMC) Anita Patra has been posted as Jagatsinghpur ADM.
Deputy collector of Keonjhar Ramachandra Kisku has been posted as the administrative officer of Keonjhar Government Medical College and Hospital, while Basant Kumar Sethi has been posted as the executive officer of Keonjhar Municipality.
Similarly, Trilochan Mohanty has been posted as the deputy collector of Keonjhar, while Ipsita Priyadarshini Mishra has been posted as the joint commissioner of CMC and Sudhanshu Kumar Bhoin posted as the project director of Ganjam district urban development authority (DUDA).
Pallabi Nayak has been posted as the joint commissioner of Rourkela Municipal Corporation, while Suraj Kmar Patnaik was transferred to Sonepur as deputy collector.
Similarly, block development officer (BDO) of Hinjilikatu in Ganjam district, Subrat Kumar Jena has been posted as the administrative officer in the office of the CDMO in Berhampur, while Amit Sarkar has been posted as the ADM of Koraput and Madhusmita Samantray was posted as the executive officer of Baripada Municipality.
