Mayurbhanj: Unidentified miscreants looted cash from Odisha Gramya Bank’s Pratapur branch under Badasahi police limits in Mayurbhanj district on Wednesday night.
According to sources, three miscreants forcefully entered the Panchayat office located behind the bank and threatened the guards with guns. They then looted the bank and fled from the spot.
On being informed, police, with a dog squad and scientific team reached the spot and started investigation.
The amount of cash looted is yet to be ascertained.
