Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 statistics in Odisha provided by the Health and Family Welfare Department states that out of 5303 positive cases detected till June 22, 4464 are male patients (84.2%) and 839 are female (15.8%).
In terms of the age-wise breakup, 71.8% (3805) patients belong to the 15-40 years age group, 22.1% (1170) in the 41-60 years bracket, 3.3% (177) are 0-14 years while 2.8% (151) are above 60 years.
The department has said that the cumulative number of COVID-19 tests done from April 21 to June 22 in Odisha is 2,31,356.
The number of daily positive cases in the state which gradually went up with 28 on May 6, is now rising on an average of 150 every day.
