Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Monday relieved IAS officer Santosh Sarangi to allow him to join his new assignment as additional secretary, School Education and Literacy under the Ministry of Education, with the additional charge of Chairman, National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi.
He was serving as Principal Secretary of the Science and Technology Department.
The official notification said that Manoj Kumar Mishra will replace Sarangi.
This responsibility will be in addition to his duties as Secretary of Electronics and Information Technology Department with the additional charge of CRC-cum-Special Secretary to Government, Commerce and Transport.
