Odisha IAS Officer Usha Padhee Returns From Central Deputation; Check Her New Posting

Bhubaneswar: Usha Padhee, an Odisha cadre IAS officer, has been appointed principal secretary of Skill Development and Technical Education.

Padhee, who has returned from central deputation after serving as additional secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has been assigned additional charge of Commerce and Transport Department.

“The additional appointment of IAS officer Hemant Sharma as principal secretary to government Skill Development and Technical Education Department and Bishupada Sethi, IAS as principal secretary to government, Commerce and Transport department shall stand terminated from the date Usha Padhee, IAS takes over,” an official notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department read.

Hemant Sharma has also been appointed as principal secretary Industries Department and will continue as Chairmans of IPICOL and Idco.

Similarly, Bishnupada Sethi has been appointed as principal secretary, Higher Education, the notification added.
