Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government promoted two IAS officers – Pradeep Kumar Jena and Dr Mona Sharma – to the rank of Additional Chief Secretary on Tuesday.
According to a General Administration and Public Grievance Department notification, Jena has been promoted to Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Rural Development Department, with additional charge of Special Relief Commissioner and MD, OSDMA.
The 1989-batch IAS officer is currently serving as the Principal Secretary to Government, Rural Development Department with additional charge of Special Relief Commissioner and MD, OSDMA.
Sharma, a 1989-batch IAS officer, was appointed Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Forest and Environment Department with an additional charge of Chairman, OFDC Ltd. She is currently serving as Principal Secretary to Government, Forest and Environment Department with an additional charge of Chairman, OFDC Ltd.
