Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Bhubaneswar on Monday issued yellow warning for thunderstorm and lightning over several Odisha districts in the next few days.
Several districts will also receive light to moderate rainfall, according to the regional Met centre’s midday bulletin.
The maximum temperature is very likely to be above normal by 3-4°C at many places in the state during the next 24 hours and likely to fall by 2-3°C thereafter, the weather report said.
The MeT has also predicted rain and thundershower in Bhubaneswar and its neighbourhood for the next 24 hours. Maximum and minimum temperature likely to be around 35°C and 27°C respectively.
