Bhubaneswar: Odisha on Saturday bagged its second silver medal at the Khelo India Women’s National Ranking meet (Phase 2) being held at UP’s Modi Nagar.
A day after Jyoshna Sabar claimed silver in 40 kg category, India international Sneha Soren finished second in the 49 kg Senior category. She lifted 72 kg in snatch and 95 kg in clean & jerk for a total of 167 kg.
The 21-year-old KIIT student had earned India’s maiden medal at the recent National Games and claimed gold in the Khelo India University Games earlier this year.
She has also won a number of medals for India in various international meets.
