Odisha JEE Counselling 2021: Over 11K Candidates Lock Choice

Bhubaneswar: About 11,200 candidates have locked their choice for BTech, BArch and Integrated MSc courses in the counselling process of the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE).

Around 13,000 candidates had registered their names and locked choice, but around 11,500 of them have deposited fees online to go ahead with the counselling.

Among the 30000 engineering seats Odisha has, only 30 per cent would be admitted through this online OJEE counselling. The seats remaining would be filled up by the colleges. “College can enrol students with OJEE ranks,” an OJEE official was quoted as saying by The Times of India.

Revised OJEE Counselling Dates:

OJEE 2021 registration and choice filling last date: November 5

OJEE 2021 Round 1 seat allotment: November 9

Counselling registration for Special OJEE aspirants and JEE Main rank holders not registered earlier: November 10 to 15

Reconciliation of data, verification and validation of allocated seats: November 16

Round 2 seat allotment: November 18

Online reporting: Payment of part admission cum-seat confirmation fee, document upload, exercise freeze/ float option, respond to query if required: November 18 to 20
