Odisha Lawmaker Turns Saviour For Accident Victims

Nabarangpur: BJD leader and Nabarangpur MP Ramesh Chandra Majhi helped two accidents victims get immediate treatment on Sunday.

According to sources, two persons were injured after the motorcycle they were riding hit a culvert near Chatiguda Chhak. While passersby stood there as mute spectator,  Majhi, who was on his way to Umerkote from Dabugaon, stopped the vehicle and immediately called up 108 ambulance.

The injured, identified as Tularam Santa and Makara Santa of Mendrara village, were taken to Dabugaon Community Health Centre and later shifted to Nabarangpur district headquarters hospital, the sources added.
