Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has decided to discontinue with the lockdown passes issued by the Home Department from April 20.
According to a Home Department circular, all officials and employees travelling to and from the secretariat must carry a copy of the office order assigning duties to them.
They should also carry their secretariat pass to show to police in case they are detained on the way, the circular added.
However, Group A officers will not be required to carry the office order as they are expected to attend office as per a previous government order, it added.
