Bhubaneswar: Odisha saw another spike in COVID-19 cases on Saturday with 1,374 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
The state had registered 1282 infections the previous day.
According to the I & PR department, these fresh cases have been detected in 29 districts of the state.
Among them, 812 are quarantine and 562 local contact cases.
Sundargarh reported the highest of 355 cases, followed by Khurda (193) and Nuapada (135).
