Bhubaneswar: At a time when the corona fear has gripped the entire nation, a man dressed up as Mahatma Gandhi was spotted distributing masks and sanitisers in the capital city on Monday.
According to the ANI, the man was seen distributing the masks and hand sanitisers among the underprivileged people of the slum areas near AIIMS in Bhubaneswar.
