Balasore: Mumbai Police on Tuesday arrested a man in Balasore district for stealing jewellery and cash from his employer’s house in Mumbai.
Sources said that Manas Mallick, a resident of Gandua village under Khaira police limits, was domestic help for a family in Kurla area of Mumbai. He had stolen gold and silver jewellery and Rs 50,000 in cash from his employer’s house.
A complaint in this regard had been filed with Kurla police station. A team led by inspector-in-charge Ganesh Yadav arrested Mallick from his house with the help of Khaira police.
