Cuttack: Evaluation of answer sheets of the annual High School Certificate (HSC) exams conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) ended on Friday.
“The results of HSC exams will be declared in May. This year, the evaluation has been done flawlessly,” said Board Secretary Ramashis Hajara.
The annual HSC examination began on February 22 and concluded on March 8 amid controversies. A total of 5,87,720 students took the exam at 2,953 centres.
A total of 16,030 teaching staff, including 761 chief examiners, 1,482 deputy chief examiners, 12,265 assistant examiners and 1,522 scrutinisers were engaged in the evaluation process in 60 evaluation centres.
