Bhubaneswar: To commemorate the formation of the Odisha on April 1, 1936, the state government has decided to celebrate the occasion across the state.
As decided, the state-level Utkal Divas in Bhubaneswar will be attended by two MLAs of Bhubaneswar constituencies and two ministers – Ashok Chandra Panda and Raghunandan Das.
The ministers who will attend the Utkal Divas celebrations in 17 districts as the guests are as follows:

Susanta Singh- Balangir
Bikram Keshari Arukha- Cuttack
Tukuni Sahu-Deogarh
Dibya Shankar Mishra- Dhenkanal
Jagannath Saraka-Gajapati
Prafulla Mallick- Ganjam (Berhampur)
Padmanabha Behera- Jajpur
Arun Kumar Sahoo-Sambalpur
Sudam Marandi-Sonepur
Niranjan Pujari- Rourkela
Ranendra Pratap Swain- Puri
Pratap Jena- Mayurbhanj
Samir Ranjan Dash- Keonjhar
Naba Kishore Das- Kalahandi
Padmini Dian- Koraput
Tushar Kanti Behera- Malkangiri
For the remaining districts, the Zilla Parishad chairmen concerned will be the chief guests. In Delhi, the Principal Resident Commissioner of the state will grace the occasion.
