Odisha MLA Dibya Shankar Mishra Ready To Take Nuptial Plunge The Second Time

Bhubaneswar: A day after IAS officers of Odisha-cadre Ananya Das and Chanchal Rana gave love another chance and exchanged rings at the former’s residence at Sambalpur, social media is agog with news of Junagarh BJD MLA and former minister Dibya Shankar Mishra also taking a second shot at marriage.

According to sources, the legislator will tie the nuptial knot with Priyanka Agasti, daughter of Bhabani Agasti of Dekota village under Golamunda block of the constituency in Odisha’s Kalahandi district. The wedding will take place in Puri in the last week of this month.

This will be the second marriage of both Mishra and Priyanka. The ex-IAF personnel-turned- Junagarh MLA was earlier married in Jaipatna and later divorced his first wife. His son is reportedly studying in Dubai.

Last year, Mishra was in Opposition BJP and Congress cross-hairs over the Mamita Meher murder case, although he was never charged by the police in the matter, and the Chief Minister also had his back. He was accused of having links with prime accused Govind Sahu.
