Bhubaneswar: BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi has reiterated her demand for free COVID-19 vaccination for the people above 18 years in Odisha.
Updating her Twitter post on Sunday, she said while 13 states – Jharkhand, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, West Bengal, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Maharashtra – have already announced free vaccination, the Odisha government is yet to take a decision in this regard.
She urged the state government to announce free vaccination without further delay.
The vaccination for people between 18 and 45 years will begin from May 1.
