Bhubaneswar: In a minor reshuffle, the Odisha government on Monday appointed Bhadrak Collector Gyanaranjan Das (2007-batch IAS officer) as Director, Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department.
He will replace 2009-batch IAS officer Umakanta Tripathy, who has been posted as Additional Secretary, Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department.
The notification by the General Administration Department further said Director, AYUSH, Trilochan Majhi will take charge as Bhadrak collector.
He will be replaced by Dhenkanal Collector Bhumesh Chandra Behera.
Managing Director, Odisha State Beverages Corporation Ltd, Saroj Kumar Sethi has instead been appointed as Dhenkanal collector.
