Odisha Nijukti Mela: CM Mohan Majhi To Hand Over Appointment Letters To 1,101 [Watch]

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is set to hand over appointment letters to 1,101 newly recruited candidates on Saturday as part of the state government’s recruitment drive.

The appointment letters would be distributed at a Nijukti Mela to be held at the Krushi Shiksha Sadan on the premises of the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) in Bhubaneswar.

Of the total recruits, 906 will be appointed to various posts under the Health and Family Welfare Department. Appointment letters will also be handed over to 17 recruits from the Cooperation Department, 106 from the Finance Department, and 72 from the Revenue and Disaster Management Department.

“Every young aspirant carries a dream, and every dream deserves an opportunity. At today’s Nijukti Mela, I will distribute appointment letters to 1,100+ young aspirants, marking the beginning of a new professional journey. I extend my best wishes to all as they step forward to serve and contribute to the growth of Odisha,” the Chief Minister said in a post on X ahead of the event.

On the occasion, a book titled ‘Mental Health Guidelines’, focusing on the health and well-being of children, adolescents and young people, will also be released.
