Bhubaneswar: The state government on Friday said the results of the offline Matriculation examination will be announced within 15 days.
Speaking to media persons, School and Mass Education Minister, Samir Ranjan Dash allayed the fear of the students in taking admission into Plus II course. “The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) will take steps to announce the results of the offline examination within 15 days and the students can take admission in Plus II course,” he said.
He further said the examination, which will be held from July 30, will be completed on August 5. It will cover 70% of the syllabus, he added.
Appealing to the students and parents, who are not satisfied with the results, to appear at the offline examination, he said it will be conducted by strictly adhering to COVID guidelines.
Earlier, the BSE had notified that the interested students can fill up the forms for the examination online between July 5 and 14 without paying any additional fees.
