Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Monday directed buses (both government and private) not to carry excess passengers in order to check the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), .
Commerce and Transport Minister Padmanabha Behera said the directive was part of the government’s health guidelines.
