Bhubaneswar: In accordance with the Odisha government’s health guidelines, the State Election Commission (SEC) on Monday postponed the panchayat bypolls scheduled on March 24.
An SEC notification said that the bypolls for two zilla parishad members, six sarpanches, eight panchayat samiti members and 84 ward members have been postponed till further orders.
