New Delhi: With 1,13,623 beneficiaries receiving COVID-19 vaccines till 7 am on Friday, Odisha is among the only three states to have crossed the one-lakh vaccinations mark.
The other two states are Karnataka (1,38,807) and Andhra Pradesh (1,15,365), according to data released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Friday.

The ministry also informed that India has crossed a significant landmark in its fight against the pandemic with nearly 10.5 lakh (10,43,534) beneficiaries having received the vaccine in a total of 18,167 sessions till Friday.
In the last 24 hours, 2,37,050 people were vaccinated across 4,049 sessions, the ministry added.
On the testing front too, India continues to register growing numbers. Over 8 lakh (8,00,242) samples were tested in the last 24 hours, taking the country’s cumulative testing to over 19 crore (19,01,48,024) till Friday, the ministry informed.
Besides, 14,545 new positive cases were registered across the country in the last 24 hours.
