Bhubaneswar: Rajesh Mohanty, the medium pace bowler and a member of the Odisha Ranji team, has been selected in Board President’s XI team to play a two-day warm-up match against England Lions on February 3.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has included Mohanty in the team in recognition of his superb performance in the ongoing Ranji Trophy season in which he has claimed 38 wickets from eight matches with best figures of 6 for 55 against Assam.
Earlier, Mohanty was a part of the India Under-19 team for the Asia Cup played in 2018.
