Bhubaneswar: The Search Committee at a meeting presided over by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday selected one member each for the Lokayutka and the State Information Commission (SIC) in Odisha.
Talking to the media after the meeting held at the State Guest House, Leader of the Opposition Pradipta Nayak said the committee has sent the name of the two members of the Lokayutka and the SIC to the Governor for his approval.
He also said that at present, three posts of the members of the Lokayuta and four members of the SIC have fallen vacant and efforts are on to fill up these posts.
