Cuttack: The Commissionerate Police on Tuesday has apprehended a staffer and the security guard of S.C.B. Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack district while demanding and accepting a bribe.
Acting on a tip-off, Mangalabag Police laid a trap and arrived at the spot while the two arrested accused were accepting a bribe of Rs 1400 from a patient.
They were receiving the bribe amount from the patient to facilitate ultrasound scanning process.
