Odisha Police Bags Gold Medal For Its Web Portal At 52nd SKOCH Summit

Bhubaneswar: Odisha police bagged Gold Medal for its dynamic web portal at 52ndSKOCH Summit, 2018, held in New Delhi on Saturday.

The web portal, (www.odishapolice.gov.in), of Odisha police was designed and developed by Suyog Computech on complementary basis under the technical support of NIC Bhubaneswar.

IG, SAP, Sanjeeb Panda received the award on behalf of Odisha police.

DGP, Odisha office tweeted, “Happy to share that @odisha_police has bagged the Gold Medal for ‘Dynamic Web Portal’ at 52nd SKOCH Summit- 2018 at New Delhi. Sh. Sanjeeb Panda, IPS, IGP, SAP received the award on behalf of Odisha Police.”

The web portal was launched in 2014. It has more than 15 crore visitors in the last four years. It provides various citizen-centric online police services.

It also caters to the requirements of its 72,000 strong personnel in more than 90 establishments spread over the state.
