Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) has appointed Gyanadeb Beura as the chairman of OBC (Other Backward Class) Cell.
Beura will replace Bishnu Barik.
Prior to this appointment, Beura was the OPCC spokesperson.
