Odisha, Railway Ministry To Sign MoU For Upgrading Bhubaneswar Station

New Delhi/Bhubaneswar: Union Minister Piyush Goyal has extended an invitation to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to attend the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on upgrading facilities at Bhubaneswar Railway Station, at Rail Bhawan in New Delhi on May 23 .

In a letter to Naveen, Goyal said, “I am delighted to inform you that the work for upgrading facilities and amenities at Bhubaneswar Railway Station has been sanctioned in the Budget 2018-19. This will compliment the station building being constructed in partnership with the state government in terms of the MoU agreed to be entered into between the Railways and Odisha.”

The MoU will be signed between the Odisha government and the Ministry of Railways, it added.
