Bhubaneswar: Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) launched a website, ORERA Version 2:0, on December 20.
ORERA chairperson Siddhant Das inaugurated the website in the presence of team members Pradeep Kumar Biswal, Gopal Chandra Patnaik and other officials.
Das stated that the launch of the new website marked a historic day for ORERA in promoting transparency, efficiency and accountability in the system.
He congratulated all officials and team members for successful rollout of the new software in a record time. He hopes that the new version will be user-friendly and helpful for the stakeholders.
The application has been developed by city-based IT company CSM Technology with new features like dashboard, chatbot etc. with high-end technology.
The promoters, home buyers, real estate agents and lawyers can reap benefits of the new system through seamless transactions.
ORERA has installed a dedicated helpline and established a help desk for providing necessary assistance to the users. There is also an interactive chatbot in the system to answer the queries raised by the public.
ORERA secretary Sravani Patnaik delivered the welcome address and joint director of Finance Dipak Kumar Beshra extended the vote of thanks.
