Bhubaneswar: Odisha received 1,88,010 doses of Covishield vaccine from the Central government on Saturday.
The consignment, part of Centre’s quota of free vaccines for states and UTs, landed at the airport at 6.30 pm.
The Centre said on Friday it will distribute 1.92 crore Covishield and Covaxin vaccine doses to states and union territories within the end of this month.
Bhubaneswar vaccine sessions
On Sunday, 5 vaccination sessions are planned in Bhubaneswar.
As for Monday’s plan, 181 sessions will be conducted as of now.
No sessions, however, are planned on Monday in following districts:
Bargarh, Dhenkanal, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Koraput, Malkangiri, Rayagada.
