Odisha Records 87 New COVID Cases, Sambalpur Tops District List

Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported 87 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours.

Among the new cases reported from 19 districts, 53 are from quarantine centres and 34 are local contacts, the I&PR Department tweeted on Sunday.

Sambalpur district registered the highest of 9 cases, followed by Khurda (8).

  6. Cuttack: 7

  13. Mayurbhanj: 5
  14. Nawarangpur: 1
  15. Nuapada: 1
  16. Puri: 6
  17. Rayagada: 3
  18. Sambalpur: 9
  19. Sundargarh: 6
  20. State Pool: 2

The COVID-19 tally in Odisha now stands at 3,37,191. This includes 703 active cases.
