Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported a slight drop in the daily COVID tally on Sunday with 245 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours against 269 on Saturday.
According to the I & PR department, 144 new cases are from quarantine and 101 local contacts. Among them, 43 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

Besides, eight are from the state pool.
With these cases being detected from 13,050 samples, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 1.87%. Odisha now has 1,756 active cases.
