Bhubaneswar: After three days of downward trend in daily COVID tally in Odisha, 269 people tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours on Saturday against 254 on Friday a
nd 269 on Thursday.
According to the I & PR department, 157 new cases are from quarantine and 112 local contacts. Among them, 39 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

With these cases being detected from 15,461 samples, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 1.73%. Odisha now has 1,758 active cases.
