Odisha Reports 58 New COVID-19 Infections; Active Cases 616

Bhubaneswar: Odisha added 58 new COVID-19 cases to its affected tally in the last 24 hours.

Of 58 new positive cases, 34 are from quarantine centres while 24 are local contacts. Sundargarh and Sambalpur districts registered the highest of eight cases each.

District-wise new cases:

  2. Balasore: 2
  3. Bargarh: 3
  4. Balangir: 5
  5. Boudh: 2
  6. Cuttack: 4
  7. Deogarh: 2
  8. Jajpur: 4
  9. Jharsuguda: 3
  10. Kalahandi: 2
  11. Khurda: 1
  12. Mayurbhanj: 5
  13. Nayagarh: 1
  14. Nuapada: 3
  15. Puri: 2
  16. Sambalpur: 8
  17. Sonepur: 1
  18. Sundargarh: 8

The number of positive cases in Odisha now stands at 336636 and 616 among them are active.
