Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha touched 2,05,452 on Saturday with the highest single-day spike of 4356 new cases in the last 24 hours.
Among the new cases reported from all the 30 districts, 2,529 are from quarantine centres and 1,827 are local contacts.
Among the districts, Khurda reported the highest spike of 902 new cases followed by Cuttack (409), Angul (197), Balasore (194), Nuapada (173), Jagatsinghpur (171), Puri (168), Mayurbhanj (153), Jajpur (136), Bhadrak (124), Rayagada (121), Jharsuguda (120), Kendrapada (119), Bargarh (106), Sundargarh (101), Kandhamal (91), Dhenkanal (84), Koraput (82), Sambalpur (81), Balangir (76), Kalahandi (71), Ganjam (62), Nabarangpur (58), Keonjhar (55), Nayagarh (51), Boudh (49), Gajapati (20), Deogarh (14) and Sonepur (14).
Besides, the state pool has 326 cases.
