Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID caseload in Odisha witnessed a slight increase on Saturday with 233 infections registered in the last 24 hours against 214 on Friday and 286 on Thursday.
According to the I & PR department, 136 new cases are from quarantine and 97 local contacts. Among them, 34 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

Besides, 11 are from the state pool.
With these cases being detected from 14,314 samples, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 1.62%. Odisha now has 1,630 active cases.
