Bhawanipata: A primary schoolteacher Of Odisha’s Kalahandi district has been arrested for allegedly circulating obscene video clips of a woman on Whatsapp.
The accused has been identified as Hanumata Majhi, a teacher of Pipaljhapar Primary School under Kalampur block.
Majhi was arrested on Thursday, on the basis of a complaint lodged by a woman, whose obscene video he had posted in ‘Desi Maal Group’created by him on the instant messaging platform, sources said.
