Bhubaneswar: An international scuba diver from Odisha wished Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, who turned 34 today, in the best way he could – diving.
Scuba diver Sabir Bux made a series of videos in Mahanadi River in Cuttack wishing the cricketing legend ‘Happy Birthday’.
Sabir and his team held a huge cake in the water to extend their birthday wishes to Kohli through the videos shot by Star Sports at Nandikeswari shore in Mahanadi River a day before his birthday. The team included Sanjay Kar, Pittabas Sasmal, Nasim Khan, Ruturaj, Narendra Behera, Sonu Das, Suman Singh and Bhabyashree Kar.
All of them went inside the water and sent a special birthday wish to the tune of ‘Kohli tum kohram machao, 2022 world cup jeet ke lao, yeh hai hum sabki aarzu, happy birthday to you…’ The video is scheduled for telecast today (November 5) on Star Sports.
The first part of the videos was shot in Goa and the remaining videos were shot in the Mahanadi River in Cuttack, Sabir informed the media.
