Puri: The district administration has clamped Section 144 at different places ahead of Deba Snana Purnima to restrict movement of people to check spread of COVID-19.
The restrictions will remain in force from 10 pm on Wednesday (June 23) till 2 am on Friday (June 25).
The Snana Purnima of Lord Jagannath and his sibling will be held on June 24.
On Sunday, the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) had finalised the schedule of the rituals for the annual Rath Yatra.
