Jharsuguda: A seven-year-old girl, who sustained burn injuries, died while undergoing treatment at the Ispat General Hospital (IGH) in Rourkela in the early morning on Tuesday.
The girl was among the four family members who had sustained severe burn injuries while sleeping in their house at Hari Om Vihar in Brajarajnagar town on January 11.
The mother, uncle and grandmother of the deceased are undergoing treatment at the IGH.
The Brajarajnagar police, who had arrested three accused in this incident, had told the media that the accused had planned to kill the four family members to acquire their properties.
