Odisha sprinter Amiya Kumar Mallick has brought laurels to India by winning the bronze in the men’s 100 m event at Motonet GP Lapinlahti, Finland. He clocked 10.55s.
The Odisha government had sponsored the training of the 100 m national record holder in the USA under coach Taiwo Ariyo in 2018.
