Odisha SSC Invites Online Application For 53 Clerical Posts; Details Here

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited online application to fill up 53 Junior Clerk cum typist posts in various departments. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website: www.ossc.gov.in . The application process begins on Monday (March 9) and the last date is April 8, 2020.

Vacancy Details

  • Junior Clerk cum typist – 36 posts
  • Junior Clerk (for District Mediation Centre) – 12 posts
  • Junior Clerk – 2 posts
  • Typist cum Scribe Assistant – 3 posts

Educational Qualification

  • Class XII pass or equivalent/graduate. Minimum educational qualification required varies and is as per the job requirement. Candidates can check the official notification for detailed information.
  • Must be able to type in English (40 words per minute) and in Odia (20 words per minute)
  • Must be able to speak, read and write Odia

Age Limit

The required age limit is different for each category – 18 to 32 years and 21 to 32 years as on January 1, 2019. Upper relaxation is applicable as per official norms.

Application Fee

For unreserved category the application fee is Rs 200. No application fee for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Candidates have to apply online through the official website: www.ossc.gov.in. The application fee is to be deposited online. The last date for applying online is April 8, 2020.
