Cuttack: Matric pass-out students of Odisha will get their certificates very soon as the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has decided to send the certificates to the district offices on June 30 and July 1.
BSE secretary, Ramashis Hazra informed that along with the Matric certificates, the Board will also send the migration certificates, F-grade mark sheets and the tabulation registers of all the students. The head of the schools or his/her representative can collect these documents from their respective district office.
Hazra further said that the District Education Officers (DEOs) were instructed to ensure smooth distribution of the certificates and mark sheets at the disbursal centres. Besides, the officials at the disbursal centres have to immediately report to the DEOs in case of any problem.
“We have also asked the headmasters/headmistresses and their representatives to verify the certificates at the time of receiving them and immediately inform the Board official at the centre if any certificate is missing,” Hazra said.
He also said that if any mistake is found in the certificate, it should be sent to the Board’s headquarters office within 10 days.
